Entering into a contract software development relationship has always been a little like entering the unknown. Except for Art & Logic. They did an excellent job of working with us to set expectation levels going into the relationship. In addition, they did things that other contractors don’t do, like setting up an FTP site that allows us to download their work in progress for review and comment. This a major advantage in my opinion.
Our relationship with Art & Logic is the best that we have ever had with a contractor. Even when a major hurdle popped up, they stuck in there to work out the problem. Nobody’s perfect, but Art & Logic has proved to be quite valuable to Gadget Labs and to me.
