I was looking for outsource software development services and found Art & Logic from a referral on a bulletin board. One of the reasons we hired Art & Logic is the wide variety of knowledge and skills within their engineering staff. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, helpful, and responsive to our needs. In fact, I wish my own company could be as good as Art & Logic in customer responsiveness. We are very happy.
One fantastic thing is that they provide us with our own folder on their conference server. We log on to their server to review progress reports, request enhancements, report bugs, and exchange files. They respond quickly. How can you improve on that? This is a very valuable service to us.
In the outsource software development business, mystery breeds anxiety. As a customer, you don’t want mystery. Art & Logic has done a great job of eliminating the mystery in the software development process. I recommend Art & Logic (and have) in a heartbeat!
