WiMAX Tutorial Software

When a major microprocessor manufacturer needed an application to play their tutorial video to new WiMAX users, they came to Art & Logic. As the content would be flexible, covering numerous languages, markets, and product versions, they needed a system that could be skinned and configured easily by OEMs. Art & Logic co-designed and then created custom player software, along with a comprehensive configuration system, a Google gadget, Vista gadget, and internationalized installers, all of which ended up being shipped on many thousands of laptops.

Auto-Tune 3 DirectX

Antares Audio Technologies hired Art & Logic to bring their world standard Auto-Tune 3 professional intonation correcting plugin onto the Microsoft Windows platform. Art & Logic enhanced the original codebase by adding DirectX envelope automation, improving the user interface, and updating the architecture to exploit the audio capabilities unique to Microsoft Windows. Art & Logic worked closely with PACE to ensure that InterLok copy protection was integrated into the final product. Contact Management for the BlackBerry Platform

M Financial Group hired Art & Logic to develop a native BlackBerry application to allow clients to access contact information hosted by third-party data providers. Users can log into the application, search for contacts, and view detailed information about those contacts via web services published by the data provider. Users can easily phone or email their contacts by clicking hyperlinks that invoke the corresponding BlackBerry applications. The application also utilizes BlackBerry GPS capabilities along with Google Maps to provide directions to a contact's location from the user's current location.

iTunes library monitoring

Art & Logic worked with ParkVu to complete the Mac version of their iTunes Library monitoring code. This code is a critical component of a system that wirelessly synchronizes a user's media collection with their smartphone.
