Software Leasing
Art & Logic is pleased to offer a new financing alternative to our clients: software leasing. A software lease works just like a hardware lease. We develop custom software for you under the terms of a standard work agreement. When the work is completed, we invoice and receive payment from a finance company. You make monthly payments for the term of the lease to the finance company and “purchase” the software for $1 at the end of the lease.
If you have been in business for at least two years and have strong personal credit, you should qualify for a lease of up to $75,000. Larger projects with multiple software components can sometimes be financed with multiple leases.
You can select a term of 24 to 60 months. Payments are determined by your credit. The following are typical monthly payments assuming a 60 month term and “A” credit:

Most leases require a security deposit of two monthly payments and a documentation fee when the paperwork is signed.
