Lightbox Network, Inc. hired Art & Logic to develop a Windows version of its media manager application. The software allows photographers to do "live" shoots with a tethered camera, such that images and movies can be processed and uploaded to the Lightbox server as the shoot is happening. Editors can then see virtually real-time progress of the shoot online and interact by requesting larger versions of the captured media and beginning work on the post process. Images and video can also be manually uploaded, and all uploads are managed via an upload manager.

Font Diner had a set of scripts for Adobe Photoshop to apply image distressing affects to an image. They wanted a faster, more powerful way to do these affects while protecting their original images and maintaining cross-platform support. SRS Labs (now part of DTS, Inc) hired us to provide a system-wide solution for their audio processing technologies on the Mac. Using the Soundflower virtual audio driver, the application captures all system audio and processes it using SRS' proprietary audio processing algorithms. We implemented a custom UI provided by the client to match their existing Windows application. With Audio Essentials on the Mac, you can now give a big boost to your music, videos or whatever audio you play on your computer.

Comprehensive Control Systems makes a line of copier control touch screen products for metering, monetizing, and controlling access to copiers. Industries served include law, accounting, financial, and educational institutions. When they decided to expand their products to network printers, they hired Art & Logic to develop a Windows service to intercept and hold incoming print jobs, collect pertinent information about each job, store the gathered information in a database, and then process or cancel the job depending on business logic provided by another service.

The Canadian Tax Foundation hired Art & Logic to make their conference schedules and presentations available to attendees on their mobile devices. Leveraging the principles of Responsive Design, we created a contemporary UI that met CTF's communication goals while dynamically adapting itself to the broad spectrum of device dimensions, resolutions, and usage patterns. The attendee experience was backed by a node.js server running a custom Content Management System (CMS), allowing CTF to customize the site's contents for each of the many conferences it hosts every year.

IPNI (International Plant Nutrition Institute) wanted to create a simple reference and education application to be used in fields around the world to assist their consultants in instructing farmers on proper plant nutrition and identifying core crop deficiencies. This iOS application displays images of various crop plants, common deficiencies and provides guideline for rectifying them.
