The Way of H hired Art & Logic to develop new features for their flagship app Rock Prodigy and their new release Dave Mustaine: Guitar Prodigy. The project was to make these iOS apps more useful and easier to use with specific attention to new and important functions which allow the user to adjust the tempo of playback and loop certain sections of a song for focused practice. Working with the co-creators, Art & Logic developed iPad/iPhone/iPod touch apps with a lively feel and stunning visual texture. INSPIRO promotes creative and innovative thought through its large custom vocabulary and complex syntax rules. The iPad version was selected as a "Staff Favorite" by Apple.
ShowUhow, Inc.'s web portal is a consumer shopping aid that streams Video Product Guides (VPGs) and provides access to warranty and support info for a wide range of retail products. ShowUhow needed an Android/iOS developer to bring that experience to smartphones. Art & Logic's expertise helped to make ShowUhow Mobile a solid, polished app experience. The app supports easy product lookup by scanning a bar code via the phone's camera, and automatically displays a rich collection of product-specific videos and other consumer information.
The Theatre Development Fund is a non-profit service organization for the performing arts. Art & Logic was hired to develop "tkts", a mobile application for Android and iPhone allowing users to search for shows and purchase discounted tickets online via TDF's web site. The app received over 12,000 downloads in the first 4 days on the iTunes App Store.
EMRA hired Art & Logic to develop iOS, Android, and BlackBerry versions of the EMRA Antibiotic Guide. The EMRA Antibiotic Guide is a simple quick reference application for ER medical personnel that presents anything and everything you need to know about a certain antibiotic - how it works, what it works on, what it is contraindicated for, dosing, etc., all cross-referenced. EMRA is the oldest and largest independent resident organization in the world.
3Pm Studios hired Art & Logic to develop Henry & Hailey's Preschool Pals, a children's mix-n-match game that became a runaway hit after its debut on the iTunes App Store. Players select a "pal" and listen to them talk about what they like to do. After learning about the character, the child matches the head with the corresponding body and feet. Leggett & Platt® contracted us to create an iPhone and iPod touch interface to their Prodigy™ line of adjustable beds. The app communicates with the bed over an ad hoc WiFi network and is used to control the different parts of the bed such as the head & foot position, presets, and massagers.

Sterling Publishing Co. is one of the world's leading publishers of nonfiction titles with more than 5000 books in print. Sterling hired Art & Logic to develop HappyHour, an iPhone application featuring thousands of drink recipes from 10,000 Drinks, a book by Paul Knorr. Users manipulate spinner wheels and use the iPhone's motion sensors to search by liquors, mixers, and beverage types.
Art & Logic was hired by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) to create an iPad version of their Duct Sizing Calculator device. The application consists of high-resolution scanned images of both sides of the calculator device which are implemented as stacked images that can rotate over the top of one another so that the user can interact with the calculator via iPad gestures in exactly the same way as they would use the analog version of the device.
Art & Logic worked with App Partners to develop iTournamentGolf, an iPhone/iPad application to completely set up and run a golf tournament. Anyone can act as an administrator to create a new tournament, either from scratch or from a previously saved template. The interface is designed to easily flow through each setup screen until a unique tournament code is created. InPrayer is a mobile application for Android and iOS. It facilitates a global prayer chain and is part of a prayer initiative by a church called "777" which encourages prayer seven days a week at 7am and 7pm. The Seventh-day Adventist church hired Art & Logic to implement a solution that incorporated a custom map view utilizing the GPS location of users using the application, Facebook and Twitter integration, and daily devotional prompts based on global prayer requests. The application helps users be aware of prayer participants both in their local community and globally.

Researchers who present posters at scientific or medical symposia often have to create hundreds of scaled-down, hard-to-read printouts of their poster for handing out at the session. Dark Scorpion's Poster Commander is a less expensive and "green" alternative to poster handouts, and allows a researcher to transmit, using the iPhone's Bluetooth capability, an electronic file (PDF) of the poster from his or her iPhone to the iPhones of attendees who also have this app. Through the "Statistics" screen, poster presenters can keep track of how many times each poster is downloaded and, if selected, the contact information of the person who downloaded the application.

The app inspires vocabularies that uplift, surprise, and teach using positive words. Users can play with spelling, anagrams, and acronyms. They can send cards to others, post words to friends' facebook pages, or shuffle and shake the alphabet deck for random, delightful letter/word combinations.
Wingman is an iPhone app that generates pickup lines based on user input for several categories (Face/Body/Intelligence, etc). The application selects a pickup line based on the point value of each of the user selections. The Lite version randomizes the selections, not allowing user choice. In the full version, the user can take a photo or choose an image from their photo library to replace the "girl" image on the pickup line screen.

They also provide a number of online tools to assist people on dialysis. One of those tools is a Glomerular Filtration Rate calculator, otherwise known as the GFR Calculator. NeoWave Institute hired Art & Logic to develop one of the first socially responsible iPhone apps to allow a user to reach out to family, friends or a cab to request a ride when a designated driver becomes necessary. A user can configure Designated Driver to send messages to up to 5 recipients. Each message includes a call back number and a Google Map link to the user's location. Alternatively, the user can click a button to contact a national taxi service to request a taxi if friends are not available or not willing to come get them.
